My room is clean and hygenic and staff very friendly and very supportive
I feel the pricing is bit high based on location and compared to other big hotels like Royal Regal etc and hotel location in side small lane no one knows about the hotel

I like about the room.
This hotel don't have breakfast (complimentary) facility and there are no nearby restaurent to have food. Which is really a point to improve.

I think is a good value for money, the room was clean and modern, they put some snacks and bottled water and the a/c and tv worked perfectly. Nice bed and very comfy.
The location is good if want to go by foot to the "city center" but the neighbourhood it's not really appealing. The walls of the rooms seem to be thin, if there is noisy people in the other room you can hear the conversations and objects moving.

the room is good. we have an enough space to move and put our stuff. however, we didnt like the toilet since it only cover by glass and feel uncomfortable, we have to turn off the light to ensure nobody can see us through the glass.
the location of the hotel is pretty bad. it do not locate on the main road. we took more than 2 hours to find the hotel. the location is not strategy and quite uncomfortable to get out to main road.

+ cheap - limited parking area especialy for car - problem with AC. (They're using low qualityAC) - bathroom has no door, quite smelly after used.
